FAQ | Before the photo shoot
As soon as you’ve set your wedding date. Some couples book well in advance, but we can also provide the service on short notice
The photography shooting is considered booked once the contract is signed (to protect both parties in every aspect) and a deposit has been paid
Meeting the couple is essential to creating a personalized photo service. We can schedule a no-obligation in-person meeting at our photography studio in Verona, or a video call using your favorite App (WhatsApp, Telegram, Skype).
Only the bare minimum. We don’t like stiff, posed photography either, so we’ll do very few posed shots, and we’ll make them as artistic and natural as possible.
Wedding reportage. A compelling story made of natural images, spontaneous moments, and little to no posing. We love candid photography, and we’ll capture your wedding day in a very discreet way.
Yes, absolutely. As for video, our studio team includes two videographers specialized in filming, also with drones, to create cinematic films with stunning shots.

Our photography studio is based in Verona, near Lake Garda. We shoot wedding photography mainly in Verona, Lake Garda, Venice, Tuscany, and throughout Italy. We’re also available to travel abroad. Travel expenses will be agreed upon in the quote.

FAQ | About the photography service
All photographers who work with our studio are highly experienced. Giulia Adami is the owner of the studio and personally takes care of the couples who book first, in chronological order.
It depends on the number of guests. For weddings with more than 50 guests, we also offer coverage with two photographers.
All photos will be taken in color. Only during post-production and image optimization will the photographer make the artistic choice between black and white and color.
There is no fixed limit: we document the moments that inspire us without putting any cap on creativity. The number of photos also varies depending on the type of event, its duration, and the number of guests. In the quote stage, we specify the minimum number of delivered photos.
We will photograph the getting ready, the ceremony, and the reception up to the cake cutting, based on the service duration agreed with the couple and specified in the contract.
If you’d like a few more carefully composed portraits and some slightly more posed photos, in addition to the reportage style, we can set aside a short moment during the reception to create beautiful images while you take a walk together.
Photos with your closest people, whether family or friends, are part of the service and can’t be missed. We’ll be happy to take all the photos you ask for.
Makeup is just as important as the photographer — choosing a professional is key. It’s not uncommon for very beautiful brides to be poorly enhanced by makeup that is too heavy or not done well.
It often happens that guests use their own camera or phone, and this can sometimes disturb the couple themselves, especially if it happens during a religious ceremony.
The photographers of Giulia Adami Fotografia are certified by the Diocese of Verona to photograph inside churches and during religious ceremonies.
Knowing when it’s appropriate to take photos and when it’s better not to is part of our job.
FAQ | After the photo shoot
We will provide a PDF file with a draft layout for the album, featuring a selection of wedding photos chosen by us.
The number of photos may vary depending on the length of the wedding, the number of guests, and the type of album, and it will follow the agreements stated in the contract.
If included in the contract, we will deliver the files in high-resolution JPEG format in a USB box set when the album is delivered.
All photos will be developed later in the studio with professional post-production.
The click is only the first part of producing a professional photograph — the process continues and is refined in the studio through the artistic and creative workflow of developing the image on the computer to optimize the photo.
The term photo post-production refers to adjusting certain parameters: white balance, colors and contrast, black-and-white interpretation, and small edits such as cropping the shot.
The photos that will be printed in the album will receive a specific treatment based on the type of paper and the print size chosen.
Only if agreed with the couple, we carry out retouching that involves altering the content of an image. In this case, the couple will receive a quote based on the estimated hours of work.
Post-production for all images takes between 30 and 90 days, depending on the time of year.
We will deliver the albums or photo books within 45 days of confirming the selected photos.
The choice is up to you as a couple. To make it easier for you to set up your wedding album, we will create a PDF layout draft.
The final approval of the layout, or the replacement of some photos, is always up to you.
The albums and photo books we use are high-quality and handcrafted by artisans who take care of every detail to showcase your photos at their best. We offer a range of products and a wide selection of materials, such as leather, rice paper, canvas, and linen, to suit both more traditional couples and those with a more modern taste.
Upon request, we also create albums with Fine Art printing.

The paper is made of cotton fiber and is especially long-lasting over time.
Some photos that tell the story of the day we shared with you may be published on our website, unless you expressly ask us not to publish them.
